Mami Monchita’s is Frankfort’s newest restaurant, and the only one serving up a taste of Honduras. Stop by to savor delicious Pupusas, Nacatamal and Pinchos (Skewers). The restaurant will officially open its doors at the beginning of December and you will want to make sure to have them on your list. Mami Monchita’s will be open for lunch and dinner Monday through Friday from 11am to 9pm, Saturday from 7am to 9pm and Sunday 7am to 2pm.
