December 28: International Dance Class
The Capital City Activity Center will host an International dance class from 4-6 p.m. Dec. 28 at the center located at 202 Medical Heights Drive. Participants will sample dances from around the world. There will be couple dances, no partner dances and novelty dances.
December 28: Trivia at Bourbon on Main
Trivia will take place from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Dec. 28 at Bourbon on Main located at 103 W. Main St. The event is free and open to the public. Cash prizes will be distributed.
December 30: Genealogy tea and sympathy
The Kentucky Historical Society will host Genealogy Tea and Sympathy from 2-4 pm. Dec. 30 at the society located at 100 W. Broadway St. Every fifth Saturday of the month participants join the society’s library staff for tea and conversations. Have an ancestor that is eluding you? Confused about which source to use next? Bring along your genealogy issues, hot topics or questions and the group will try to help you out. All research levels are welcome. December 31: A wizarding New Years
The Lancaster at St. Clair will host A Wizarding New Years: Winter Ball from 8 p.m.-1 a.m. Dec. 31. Festivities will include a live band, cocktails, styled foods and more.
